The event will be taking place within the Woodland and adjacent bridleway on Sunday 17th September 2023. The registration desk will be located in the Woodland close to the entrance with Hockenhull Lane so we suggest arriving from here. This part of Hockenhull Lane will have a road closure in place to ensure your safety on arrival and during the event.
The organisers wish to make the event as sustainable as possible and so wish to encourage all entrants and spectators to arrive on foot or bicycle where possible. There will be bike racks available within the Woodland. Bicycles left in or around the Woodland are entirely at your own risk so please ensure you lock your bike up.
If you do need to travel by car there is no parking at the Woodland itself. The Tarvin Community Centre car park will be open and is only a short walk away. If you are coming by car and know someone in Tarvin with a spare space on their drive please consider this option. Otherwise please park considerately so as not to inconvenience local residents and please avoid parking on pavements or grass verges, double parking on roads or blocking driveways.
